Pharma Clinic (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides private healthcare consultations both virtually and face-to-face. Pharma Clinic operates in partnership with Pharmacy + Me, a registered pharmacy offering prescription medicines, pharmacy medicines, and over-the-counter products following our consultations.

2. Eligibility
To use our consultation services, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if under 18. You confirm all information provided is accurate and that you are legally authorised to use our services.
3. Booking and Consultations
Consultations can be booked via our online booking system, phone, or in person. All consultations are confidential and conducted by qualified healthcare professionals.
You agree to provide accurate and complete medical history during consultations to ensure appropriate advice and treatment.
4. Partnership with Pharmacy + Me
Pharma Clinic works closely with Pharmacy + Me (registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registration number 9012604) for the supply of prescribed medications. Prescriptions issued following consultations may be dispensed by Pharmacy + Me subject to separate terms and conditions.
5. Payment and Pricing
All consultations must be paid for at the time of booking. Prices are in GBP (£) and inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment methods include cash, debit, credit cards and bank transfers.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled without charge provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur charges as per our cancellation policy.
7. Medical Advice and Treatment
Our consultations and advice provided are based on the information you supply. Treatment recommendations, including prescription medications, are subject to clinical assessment by our healthcare professionals.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
Your privacy is important. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on data handling practices.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pharma Clinic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services unless caused by our negligence. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant consultation or service.

You agree to use our website responsibly and not to misuse our systems by introducing harmful or malicious content. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if misuse occurs.
11. Intellectual Property

12. Identity Verification
To ensure security and compliance, identity verification may be conducted using a third-party service involving a “soft” credit check for identification only, which does not impact your credit rating.

17. Refer a Friend – Terms & Conditions (Pharma Clinic)
- This promotional offer is operated by Pharma Clinic.
- Existing clients (“Referrers”) who refer a new client (“Friend”) to Pharma Clinic will receive a £5 voucher for each successful referral.
- The referred Friend will receive 15% off the fee for their first consultation, which can be conducted either online or face to face.
- This offer does not apply to product orders; it is valid for consultation services only.
- The £5 voucher will be issued to the Referrer once the referred Friend completes and attends their initial consultation.
- Each voucher will be delivered electronically via email and will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
- The voucher may be redeemed against any consultation at Pharma Clinic and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
- The 15% discount for the Friend is non-transferable and applies only to their first consultation booking.
- Pharma Clinic reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
- Any suspected misuse or abuse of the referral scheme may result in disqualification from the promotion and cancellation of any issued vouchers.
